What is Nordic Chill?
Nordic Chill is a specially designed synthetic fiber derived from formulations in the Aramide family. This fiber possesses unique attributes, namely a molecular connectivity and alignment that allows it to transfer heat and resist wear better than commonly used materials like cotton, down and more.Nordic Chill is manufactured through a micro extrusion process similar to the microfiber, Tencel® and other fibers. This gives Nordic Chill a thinness that leads to an increase thread count when woven into fabric form. Nordic Chill is not only extruded into thin fibers with molecules that are aligned, it can transmit heat rapidly along its length. Similar to glass, Nordic Chill inherently seeks to balance temperatures but actively sending heat from its source to areas that are cooler. It moves heat from hot spots along the fibers to untouched portions of the mattress or pillows, where exposure to the air continually disperses this heat.

Care Instructions
Please wash and tumble dry the protector before using it the first time as this softens the product, improves the flexibility and eliminates any packaging odors. After that wash your protector every 1-2 months.
Washing :
- Please do NOT use any bleach, bleach alternatives, non-chlorine bleach or any bleach by-products in the detergent, as this will destroy the polyurethane lining.
- The Protector can be washed in hot water.
- Please do NOT dry clean.
Drying :
- Please dry together with some other bed linen or towels on medium heat.
- Careful drying will prevent blistering of the lining. If blisters do form from overheating of the dryer, please discontinue using the protector, as these blisters will split open and lead to the protector leaking.
