JAB Distributors, LLC, warrants to the original purchaser/user of the Protect-A-Mattress Mattress Protector that if the laminate or fabric is damaged because of recommended normal usage before ten years has elapsed from purchase date, JAB Distributors, LLC, will replace the Protector, provided the user complies with the following requirements:

1. User follows instructions and launders Protector as soon as possible after incidents.

2. User contacts JAB Distributors, LLC, at (866) 297-8836 (toll free) immediately after damage detected for instructions to return Protector. Protector to be returned to JAB Distributors, LLC only.

3. User presents purchase receipt for the Protector and the mattress if a combined purchase.

JAB Distributors, LLC, also provides an additional warranty when a new mattress and Protector are purchased at the same time from an authorized retailer and user complies with the warranty requirements listed above. JAB warrants the mattress surface against staining provided it was covered by the Protector when the incident occurred. After determination of a valid claim, JAB will decide to have the mattress professionally cleaned or to replace the surface fabric. If the mattress is damaged and is not reparable as a result of the failure of the Protector, JAB will replace the mattress or provide one of comparable quality.

This warranty does not cover or apply to: gross negligence or abuse by user, improper installation and maintenance, normal wear and tear or soiling, or a mattress used commercially. Stains caused by inks, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, grease, alcohol, dyes and solvents. Also not covered are the sides of the mattress, ensembles and mattress base and a mattress not fitted with a Protector.

The express warranties set forth elsewhere in this contract are the sole warranties given by JAB Distributors, LLC. and shall extend only to the original purchaser. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS CONTRACT. IN NO EVENT SHALL JAB DISTRIBUTORS, LLC, BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The remedies provided in the express warranties are the sole and exclusive remedies of the original purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is non-transferable.
