How do I order?

What if an item I order is out of stock?

If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail after we receive your order. If you would like to choose a different item, simply let us know in your reply e-mail.

Return authorizations are required.

Contact us via e-mail at Customer Service advising us of the reason for the return.
Since your satisfaction is our primary goal, we will first try to remedy the issue.
If we can't correct the problem to your satisfaction, we will provide you with
a return authorization and special return shipping instructions via e-mail.
Upon receipt of your return authorization, simply return the product to us
